To make the Justification field as mandatory when there is a conflict.(Conflict happen when the change is outside the maintenance window)
Making it mandatory when conflict is yes is good but there is an issue here.
Create a normal change with planned start date and end date (within the window) and save the change(New state) no conflicts and Justification field is not required at this point.
On clicking the request approval button change moves to Assess state and approval has been sent to the group.
At this point user is changing the planned date to outside the maintenance window and justification field is becoming mandatory.
In this stage the justification field is mandatory but even though the change team are able to approve without filling in the mandatory field.
Approvals are done via email also.
How can i make sure that the mandatory fields should be filled in before that the approval is done?
