On ListView some records from item column are missing, but in the Formview are showing

Hello on the sc_req_item table from the Item Column, some records are showing as empty but when I open the record on the formview the item is showing.

This is not from a specific item few of them are missing, but from the same item, some records are showing it.
I don't know why the listview is failing, I have an admin role, so I don't think that is a role related issue.

 

Any idea why is it happening?

There are a few possible reasons why the Item column in the sc_req_item table is showing as empty for some records. 

  • Make sure that the item field is not hidden in the list view. You can do this by going to the list view and clicking on the Customize button. In the Field List tab, make sure that the item field is checked.
  • Make sure that the item field is not filtered out in the list view. You can check this by going to the list view and clicking on the Filters button. Make sure that the item field is not selected in the Filter by dropdown list.
  • Make sure that the item field is not empty for the records that are showing as empty. You can check this by opening the records in the form view.
