Why Workspace List view is not showing the records /columns for non admin /few users ?

Hi All,

 

I have created listview in Workspace for Change Order Task for users Assigned group. 

Its not showing the column names but we can see the count of the records (snap). This behavior is limited to few of the users. What may be the reason ?
