On the Interactions records the field of Type is a greyed out Read Only, how can I change that to writeable?

Hello -

This seems and should be really simple, but it's escaping me as to what is needed.  

On an interaction, the field of Type is a mandatory field AND it is Read Only. If you go to the dictionary record, it doesn't have it checked as Read Only at all.  I thought it was an ACL, but I don't seem to see anything in the ACLs that would do the trick.  

Where else should I be looking?  here's the form...

Also looked at any UI Policies for the interaction table and didn't see anything setting the Type field to read only.

I found it.  Data Policy 🙂  and found a data policy rule that is doing it!
