Flow designer on catalog task variable selection issue

Hi,

I working the automation flow requirement, I am using the flow designer for process flow. In process flow step I created the catalog task record select some relevant variable. but when task record created all the variables are present on the task record. Please refer the below image 

I am not selected the any highlighted variable, but these variable present on task record

These all are unselected but present on catalog variable section. Please answer

Could you check if any UI policy or client script runs on this catalog item at the task level?

@Ankur Kasana These variables on the form have nothing to do with their visibility depending on the variables chosen in the flow. If you wish to hide these variables on the catalog task form then you can create a UI Policy to hide them. This UI Policy needs to be created at Catalog Item level and should have Applied on Target record selected.

Yes right we can build ui policy and client script to show or hide but My Question is what if I can't selected any variable from flow action, Does it still visible on the record created by action or  not?

If yes then what is the significance of that variable list selector.

Hi @Ankur Kasana 

Can you please check whether the checkbox field named "Global" on the catalog variable form is True. You can configure the list layout as shown below to verify it. If it is set to true for a variable, you will see it available everywhere.
