Hi Community,

 

One of the user is not able to see the Microsoft Teams icon UI action button beside caller field in incident form

 

Please check the below screenshot where can we see Teams chart button

Below is the existing UI Action script, please check the below script & advise what can restrict the user to see Teams chart button
