Open incident in a new tab?

Hi everyone.

So I'm looking for a way when you click an incident:

Normally you will go to the incident page right? But it is in the same tab, and my customer want me to get the incident page open in a new tab, how should I do?

Its OOB. I dont think we can change this.

I don't know, I search in GG and got some thread about this function. They made it somehow, it seem like somehow they got the '_blank' in the URL of the Incident Item 🙂 
Well, that post like... 3year ago so it is unable to ask, so I'm asking. 🙂
