Open incident in a new tab?

Hi everyone.

So I'm looking for a way when you click an incident:

Normally you will go to the incident page right? But it is in the same tab, and my customer want me to get the incident page open in a new tab, how should I do?

well, it is not an option though 😞 My cus want it to be auto open a new tab when you click.

I think there is not an easy way to do it, if you find the CSS where ServiceNow define the links you could modify it, but I think this is something you cannot access.

I investigated a little and found some ways.

1- See a preview of the record, but if you click Open Record it will send open it in the record in the current tab.

But this works only when the record is opened and allow you to open it in new window

Thanks. But not everybody can remember Ctrl+Click.
