Openframe assigning Interactions to manager when manager listens in

We're using Openframe with Amazon Connect, but whenever a manager listens in on an inbound phone call, the Interaction is being updated to be assigned to the manager. When I look in the phone log table, the phone log record is also being updated. Prior to a manager listening in, the phone log will have the customer calling, the agent handling the call, what time the call started. But once the manager listens in, the phone log record is updated to say that the manager is handling the call, the start time is updated to be the moment the manager called, not when the call actually started, and the duration is similarly cut short. The agent may have been on the phone for 5 minutes before the manager joined, and the call lasted for another 3 minutes. Instead of the duration being 8 minutes, it's only saying the 3 minutes that the manager was connected.

 

Is this normal behaviour? I'm not finding anything in the SN docs about this except for call transfers, but this isn't a call transfer, it's just the manager listening in.
