Option to choose global template and template created for user

Hi ,

Is this possible to provide user select the option global templates which shows the global template list and when user choose template created for user, it will show template created for specific user.

You could try creating a role called template_read then create an ACL to give it read access to the sys_template table.  Note that if you are using or ever want to use Service Portal anybody that get a role will be directed to the standard interface and not the Service Portal.

Can i add two options in template bar and when i click any one of them , it will show the list according to it

I'm not sure what you are trying to ask here.  If the user opens the template bar they will see all global templates for the form they are in.  Can you give us your requirements so we can better understand what you are trying to accomplish buy giving what looks like non-rolled users access to use a template.

Hi 

 I want to add filter or dropdown which provides two options 1)global templates 2) template created for the user.

so if user want to choose global templates , he can view all the global template whose global field value is true and if the user wants to see the templates created only for them , will show up a list..
