We are trying to establish a connection between Oracle HCM – and SNOW using the Oracle HCM Cloud Spoke method. We are using key-pair authentication SNOW to connect with HCM and HCM exchanging public-private keys between both systems.
- Oracle generates a certificate in x.509 format with 4096 private.key / Public.cer format. Oracle generated certificate is signed certificate.
- If we try to upload private.key directly in the ServiceNow keystore, Servicenow allows to upload of .jks format but Oracle certificate .key format.
- If we convert .key certificate into .jks format, the quality of the certificate goes out and the signature is auto-removed & Unable to generate a fingerprint.
