Oracle Peoplesoft Finance Spoke Integration

I'm working on an integration with Oracle Peoplesoft Finance Spoke to update suppliers. For this I have to use Data Stream Action to import data because of the payload size. 

The issue is the customer doesn't have WSDL or any documentation I can use to PAGINATE the payload. 

Have anyone before worked with this integration and can help me with this requirement?

The only pagination I found is by Last modified date, and this doesn't work if there is one day with 30Mb upload size.
