Order Guide clearing values when using the previous button in portal

Order Guide clearing values when using the previous button in portal. I have an order guide and when users select checkboxes and fill in fields on the rule base catalog items, when they hit the 'previous' button then go back to 'next' all the previous values are cleared.  Is there any way to make this stop happening?

Hi,

When I tried creating a sample Order guide, my choices did not clear out when I clicked on the previous button. Can you check again or share more details?

If I hit previous button now, I noticed the data didnt clear out.

BTW, I tried this on my Madrid personal instance.

Good morning,

 

It's a little old but I am having the same problem.

 

It appears to happen only when setting them via a script i.e. onLoad but if they are clicked manually by the user then it works fine.

 

Did anyone find a solution for this?
