I followed instructions from this thread: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=d2810369db98dbc01dcaf3231f96...
(Use 'Cart Layout' for each item and remove check mark from Delivery Time in Components tab of Maintain Cart Layout) and it worked in my dev instance. I moved it via update set to test instance, but it did not work there. I went back to dev to review and repeat the steps, and now it doesn't work in dev either, which makes no sense.
I just want to remove "1 Day Delivery" from options view on each item of an order guide.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hello,
Per my own testing just now...if you go to "Maintain Cart Layout", then go to Item Ordering Widget in this section:
Then uncheck the Delivery Time box...
Save...and that works.
Furthermore, if you go to your service portal, open the order guide, press ctrl+right-click on the widget, then click Instance Options and check this box:
Please confirm you've done those exact steps. The latter controls just the service portal potion.
Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!

Thank you Allen! That is exactly what I needed! In all of my Community searching, I had not come across Ctrl-right click on the portal for any configuration.

Hi,
Well, ctrl+right-click is one method, the other would be to go to the page this widget is on in Service Portal Configuration/Designer and then click the pencil on the widget on the Canvas, but this way is much easier.
If you don't mind, please also mark above reply as Helpful if it was, and this too if this is useful information.
Thanks!
