Hi All,
As part of one of our order guides, we would like to include a catalog item that will be hidden from the user. This catalog item is something that we need to run some automated process, but we don't want to expose it to the user who submit the order guide.
Is there a way to achieve it?

HI @Eli Guttman
You can create automation in Flow or Workflow, hidden catalog item will not be a good idea.

Thank you @PrashantLearnIT - in this scenario - we need to grab some of the information the manager provided in the order guide first page. this is the reason we need to include it as part of the order guide - we collect the manager input, then we copy it to that catalog item and running the automation - but from end user point of view, we don't need him to see this catalog item.

Hi @Eli Guttman
After request is raised then he will see all the details, so you restrict on request, ritm and task level as well, otherwise it will become complex.
