Hi,
We just currently upgraded from Istanbul to London version and had a issue with our order guide. After we submit a request from order guide, any reference fields in RITM screen are not working. We can't open request information, requested_for, item, etc that have a magnifying glass icon. The strange thing is the first catalog item within the order guide was working fine. It looks like the screen "frozen" as we can't open the page when you click on the "i" icon. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Hi Rahul,
Thank you for your response. But, my issue related to normal order guide not to service portal.
I end up submit a Hi ticket and they solved my issue by saying I have to create a new record in system properties table for glide.sc.use_sc_form_v2 as some part of my instance form still reference to v1 instead of v2.
- Go to the system properties table (sys_properties.list in the filter navigator)
- Click on the "New" button.
- Name the new propertiy " glide.sc.use_sc_form_v2".
- Set the type to "True | False"
- set the value to "false".

Hi,
Open the portal page in page designer, remove sc order guide deprecated widget from page and add sc order guide(new) widget again.
Above step will resolve your issue.
