Order Guide Item State Stuck at Not Started

Hi

 

I created an order guide and configured the sequential steps so that any software requested was placed in Lane 2 and set to trigger immediately. However, the RITM state is stuck at 'Not Started', even after all other RITMs have been marked as 'Closed Complete'.

 

How can I get this to progress?

The order guide item state could be stuck at Not Started due to a few reasons:

-Incorrect configuration of the order guide item

-Incorrect permissions for the order guide item

-Incorrect dependencies for the order guide item

-Incorrect access control rules for the order guide item

-The order guide item is not visible to the user

-The order guide item is not active -The order guide item is not enabled

The item works fine if not part of an order guide, so it is active, visible and the user has permissions

Did you ever get to the bottom of the issue? I have the same issue where the rest of the items have workflows attached but one item does not have a workflow and is stuck is "not started". Not sure why the workflow would not have generated
