I am trying to find out all possible reasons that the Order Now button is not working for a specific catalog item.
I created the item in DEV, along with the workflow, it does have UI policies in it.
I don't understand what is stopping it. The workflow is attached to the item and everything.
Any ideas?

In the catalog items, there's a checkbox "No order now" please check if it has set to false or true.

Hi Karthik,
Could you confirm if that is catalog item. As for record producer you normally have submit button.
Also, could you confirm version of ServiceNow in use.

Hi Jaspal,
I'm using Istanbul Version and it is not a record producer, it is an catalog item.
The order now button is showing up for some catalog items, and missing for some other items. I'm unable to figure out what the problem is.
