Order of Featured Content in Knowledge application and Service Portal

Hi all,
My question is related to widget called Featured Content. In Service Now if you go to Knowledge/Homepage on the first landing page you get a row with available databases and in second row widget like:Featured Content, Most Useful, Most Used.
I was wondering if there is a way to manipulate the order of pinned articles under Featured Content ? I know how to add it to the list but additionally it would be grate to manipulate the order and have š
I assume that the same widget can be used on ServicePortal so once I will find out how to control on ServiceNow it should refer to the one on SP.

The order is on the Publish Date.
The last Published article is shown below, the first published article is shown first.
I reordered it in my portal by retiring articles and republishing them in a specific order.
