Hello, I created an access request and the Business Reason field originally came after the Location field. I made a few changes, I don't think I changed the order, but now the Business Reason Field is after the "Requested By and Requested For fields". The business reason field is a a part of a variable set, I cannot change its order because it is used by 500 other catalog items. How do I get the business reason field to be the last field on the form? Thanks!

@DeIvory Gordon You can override the order of the variable specifically for this catalog item.
- Navigate to the catalog item where the Business Reason field needs to be reordered.
- Go to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items and open your catalog item.
- In the catalog item form, scroll down to the Variables tab (this shows all variables specific to this item).
- Locate the Business Reason field in the list of variables (it will display the variables inherited from the variable set).
- Adjust the Order value to a higher number (e.g., 1000) so that it appears after all the other fields.
- Save and Preview the catalog item.

Hello @DeIvory Gordon
You can adjust the order of the other variables so that their order value is lower than the order of the variable set. By doing this, the variables in the variable set, including the "Business Reason" field, will appear after all the other catalog variables.
The variables within the variable set will maintain their relative order as defined within the variable set itself.
Let me know if you need further guidance!
Hope this helps!

Yes,
I need the variable set to appear below all the variables but it is not appearing, instead it is either appearing on top above all the variables or not appearing at all. Please see the below screenshots.
Now, please see the screenshot of item_option_new_set record, as you can see below I have not set any order here(I tried earlier but no luck, instead the variable set was appearing at the top of the catalog form when I set the order 10 or anything else greater), and the variables in variable set is totally independent so I don't think their orders matter.
Here, you can see my final result below(no variable set is showing in the portal)
I hope you understand, John.
Thanks,
Faraz
