I'm not able to see the originated event and notification on triggered email. It is visible for one email and not visible for another email triggered.
I've checked the configure layout, it is same for both the email.
How can I fix this, and check which notification triggered the email.
Triggered email with event and notification.
Triggered email with no event and notification.
Configure layout is same for both.

Hi @HrishabhKumar ,
The subjects of both screenshots are different, and they correspond to two different notifications.
One notification has its target field set as ‘incident’ and is triggered when an incident is inserted. This notification is triggered by a business rule, which calls an event via the event registry, resulting in the Originating Event and Notification fields being populated.
The other email has an empty target field i can see.
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution ✅ and give a thumbs up👍.
Thanks,
Anand
