Other RITM from the Multiple Request is Changing its State after Procurement Task gets closed

Dear All,

I have one case in which I am ordering two items at a time by adding to cart. The two items are one is Hardware and another is software. The Hardware & Software items always takes the Line Manager approval and then proceeds ahead. The Software request after the LM approval it generates the task in its respective RITM and the Hardware Item generated the Procurement task and upon completing the procurement task only the task would get generated in the RITM.

When we order individual items the states of the RITM are processing correctly. But the issue what it's happening is that when we order two items together then it takes LM approval at request level and the after approving the request one RITM i.e. software item changes its state gets processed and generated the task. While Hardware item waits for the Procurement Task to complete and upon completion of that task the Hardware RITM is getting processed i.e. generates the task with the correct state change and the software item is again changing its stage changes from fulfilment to Requests Approved and Approval from Approved to Requested. I checked all the scripts and its related flow but still unable to trace the issue..

Before closing the procurement states of Software item
Stage - Fulfilment
Approval - Approved

After closing the Procurement states of Software item
Stage - Request Approved
Approved - Requested

Any solutions for this or rather another way to find/fix the issue.
