Approvals and rejections are not done on the
table, but rather the
change_request
table, to make it generic for all task types.

What kind of customisation are you looking for, specifically?

Hi,
Where can I find those email notifications in Service-now?
When the following notifications go out?
Change approved - I know that this notification go out when the change request has been approved by all user.
Change Notification - Notification of a change in the fields label in a form. - when go out???
Change rejected - A change request has been rejected. - when go out??
I created a Change request and then I rejected the change in the approvers steps, the "Change rejected" notification never go out.
Many thanks
Joel

Hi,
Just as we delegate mails, approvals etc. to a particular individual using the out of box features, is it possible to delegate only a section of the mails to one individual and the rest to another?
For example, is it possible to delegate my mails related to changes to one person and mails related to incident to a different person and my Problem record mails to a person different from the above mentioned people?
Please suggest.

It isn't possible out-of-box. It would probably be a pretty involved customization if you were to attempt it.
