We have blocked incoming emails with OoO and Automatic Reply because the created a loop that brought down exchange. I would like to receive Out of Office replies and update the ticket so the tech would know the customer is OoO but not create a loop. I think the loop happens because when the ticket is updated with the OoO it sends an email to the customer informing them of the update which triggers another OoO message and on and on..... Suggestions?

Just check in the Email logs if you are receiving any OOO inbound emails in the instance?

Does this also prevent the loop? I want to add the OoO to the ticket but not send an update to the customer which will add another OoO
