Is there any OOTB analytics tool that measures for example clicks on widgets on the Service Portal (CSM to be more exact)?

Basically , we have something called User Experience Analytics
We can also, create custom events . Please find the below link:
Also, if its related to particular widgets , then a custom event is required to be created , as present in the above link.
