Outbound REST Message POST Method, using flow designer with dynamic Content value

Hi, 

 

I have an Outbound REST Message Post Method, we want to integrate it to a 3rd party using payload and webhook.

 

With this, we want the content to be dynamic, how to achieve that in a flow designer action?
