I need to configure the outlook actionable message from my PDI to Outlook account and i need to customize the body message of request/RITM/change Approvals.
I would request if anyone can help on this?

For that, you'll need Outlook servers. Do you have the name and details handy? If yes, you can replace the Gmail settings with Outlook. However, based on experience, it doesn’t make much of a difference since both Outlook and Gmail are just interfaces for email. So, for testing purposes, you can use Gmail and proceed.

This configuration is for Gmail account. I need to configure my PDI to my personal outlook account. Is this configuration is feasible for Outlook account?

Hello @divya pandey1 -
In that case you will need outlook full admin access and setup same try to search over google if something can be configured as I never tried to configure same in personal outlook.
See you can give try on config as suggested as at end the email will push to actual email setup for user profile and you can check same as you need. Give a try rather than nothing. Also, you can check on MS website is there any playground to test such email content.

if this is for customer instance and email shows Sent in email logs but you didn't receive it, then please check with your company's mailbox team
