Outlook Integration with PDI

Hello All,

has anyone tried integrating Outlook with PDI to create a request, case, or matter via Outlook?

Hi @SupPra 

So, you want to create the request/incident from emails and test it in PDI. If this is the test case, then it’s not possible in PDI because PDI has been restricted from configuring email accounts now.

If you still want to do it, follow this post and configure the email account in PDI using your Gmail account.

Hi @SupPra ,

 

Configuring email requests via integration of email application is restricted in PDI. You can try this link that I tried sometime back and it worked at that time, not sure about now.
