PA Indicator is not collecting records created on the current quarter

Hello,

We have created a quarterly indicator with the source conditions below:

However, when we run a data collector job, the number of records on the preview is not equal to the number of records collected. We have observed that the records created on the current quarter were not collected. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Harish,

That works only if the condition for Planned end date and/or Due date is not used. However we need this condition as well to get the past due records.

That is most properly do to your condition. Have you verified the condition on the automated indicator and indicator source? Have you also verified the data collection itself?

Yes, everything is verified. If we removed the condition for Planned end date and/or Due date, it works and records created on the current quarter was collected. However, we do need that condition as we need to get the past due records.
