PagerDuty integration unavailable for developer instances?

Hi all -

I'm following the ServiceNow Integration Guide for PagerDuty, but I receive the following message when I try to install the PagerDuty Platform for Real-Time Operations integration:

"This application is unavailable on developer instances".

 

The requirements from PagerDuty say:

"In ServiceNow:

  • A ServiceNow Administrator role is required for configuration."

 

Is it possible to configure the integration in a development environment or do I need a paid account to enable this integration?

Remote Instance Spoke is only available from ServiceNow Store and not available in PDI.
