'There is a JavaScript error in your browser console' error displaying in Idea portal

Hi,

When attempting to create a ticket from the Idea Portal, we are encountering a JavaScript error: “There is a JavaScript error in your browser console.”

Due to this error, we are unable to create the ticket successfully. Kindly assist us in resolving this issue so that ticket creation can proceed without errors.

Have you looked at the console log when you inspect in the browser to better understand the issue.
