Paid Plugins in PDI

Hi,

Quick Question -

I'm trying to test some Virtual Agent plugins in my PDI, specifically:

• ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations
• Glide Virtual Agent

I notice these plugins are listed as 'Paid'.

Am I correct in thinking that this is only for Production instances, and that I would not have to pay to activate and test these Plugins in my PDI?

That is correct. The PDI is a great place to experiment with the paid plugins for free.
