Parallel approval in flow designer and post all parallel approval task will be created

My requirement pertains to a variable in the catalog named SAP, where SAP Module variable is used which is a List Collector containing the following values: AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, FF.

In Flow Designer, we need to configure parallel approvals based on the user's selection:

• If the user selects any combination of AA, BB, CC, DD, then parallel approval should be triggered simultaneously for the respective groups:

  • AA Group
  • BB Group
  • CC Group
  • DD Group

• Once all selected groups have approved, an additional approval should be triggered for the IT Group.

• After the IT Group's approval, an SCTASK should be created.

• If any group rejects the request during the approval process, the SCTASK should still be created.
