My requirement pertains to a variable in the catalog named SAP, where SAP Module variable is used which is a List Collector containing the following values: AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, FF.
In Flow Designer, we need to configure parallel approvals based on the user's selection:
If the user selects any combination of AA, BB, CC, DD, then parallel approval should be triggered simultaneously for the respective groups:
- AA Group
- BB Group
- CC Group
- DD Group
Once all selected groups have approved, an additional approval should be triggered for the IT Group.
After the IT Group's approval, an SCTASK should be created.
If any group rejects the request during the approval process, the SCTASK should still be created.
