Parameter at position 2 is not set. MariaDB What does this exception mean?

I get this exception when attempting an update operation for a problem record. "Parameter at position 2 is not set" By position 2 what does it mean? Is it the second field that I need to check? Can someone provide details and speak to the significance of the message? Attached screenshot.
