Password Reset for a user

Hi,

One of the users in my instance is unable to login to the developer instance. I have gone to Oraganization --> Users, and typed in the new password, checked the Password needs Reset check box too. Even then, the user is facing issues in logging in.   Below is the screenshot of my user:

I have typed a password in the Password field and clicked Update. I am trying to login with:

Username : the name in User ID field

Password : The one I typed in the Password field

What is wrong with it? Please help.

How the users are imported in your organization (using LDAP).



What is the error he was getting?


Yes. They are imported via LDAP. Error : Invalid Username/Password


have you try to unchecked the password need reset check box and then change the password and save it.?


I tried it Harsh.It shows the same error.
