Hello Everyone,
Has anyone implemented a Password Reset process with Duo push as the verification method? Can you walk me through how this can be achieved? Thank you!

For anyone with similar requirements, DUO will be available as ootb verification in Utah release. Please see this documentation. Thank you!

Hi! After having a few folks dig into it, we decided not to move forward with it today. It looks like it would require a custom API solution. I’m still waiting to hear back from ServiceNow to see if they have any plans for a native integration down the line.

Unfortunately no real updates. Doesn't seem like it's in the works.

Push notifications not supported as of now. We support other factors like FIDO Hardware security Key, Passkey, TOTP, Fingerprints, Touch ID, SMS, Email etc during the password reset process.

Thanks Ambuj for responding. But we can still do it by building a custom API ourselves, correct?
