Hi Shariar,
So it is coming from platform level and simply you cannot update it.
Can you check below URLs
Using HTML Fields - ServiceNow Wiki
Modifying HTML Fields - ServiceNow Wiki
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
Ankur

Hi Shariar,
- Navigate to System Properties > UI Properties.
- Locate the property called HTML field editor to use (glide.ui.html.editor).
- Select htmlArea instead of TinyMCE
- Click Save.

Hello Krupa,
Changing the HTML Field editor to htmlArea has resolved the issue. But, what would I lose if I opt htmlArea instead of TinyMCE?
Thanks
