Hi all,
When i paste a text or pictures in the HTML field inside incident i get a popup box "Paste Formatting Options dialog box"
I want to remove the popup-box, and the formatting options will always be "Remove Formatting".

Hi Shariar,
So it is coming from platform level and simply you cannot update it.

you need to check from where this alert is coming since it may be out of box script.

Hi Shariar,
Some alert or info messages come from platform level which you cannot determine in script and also can't modify.
this must be one of them and hence could not be located.
check
a) client scripts
b) UI policy script
c) UI Scripts
