So it is coming from platform level and simply you cannot update it.

Hello Krupanandan,
I have tried the steps mentioned, selected htmlArea instead of TinyMCE and still getting the pop-up message. Is there any other way. Could you please help.
Thanks,
Kamana

Hi All I have also found that if you set this property to false it will remove the HTML Formating Tab and the message wont come after copy paste anymore, you can than still keep the TinyMCE option. you just need to set glide.ui.email_client.html to false.

Hi Elias,
Are you able to supress the formatting popup by disabling the glide.ui.email_client.html property? I followed the same steps but still we are seeing the popup box.
Thanks,
Sandeep
