Paste Formatting Options dialog box

Hi all,

When i paste a text or pictures in the HTML field inside incident i get a popup box "Paste Formatting Options dialog box"

I want to remove the popup-box, and the formatting options will always be "Remove Formatting".

Hi Shariar,

So it is coming from platform level and simply you cannot update it.

At the bottom on UI Properties you can select "clean" or "merge" for paste formatting behaviour.

Choose either of those based on your needs, the prompt should be gone at least.
