Hello,
I’m setting up a fresh ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) for Cisco Firepower Discovery pattern development. Installing Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns from Application Manager fails with “Unable to Download Package.” The UI provides no further error details.
The app page shows version 1.35.1 (Latest), Free pricing, and compatibility with Australia, Brazil, and Zurich releases. The app’s dependency list includes Data Foundation Model. This happens before I configure the MID Server or any devices.
Is this a known issue or limitation with installing this app on a PDI? Which installation logs or diagnostics should I check?
PDI release/build: Austraila
Thank you.

Hi @danielmack,
Thank you for reporting this issue. We’ve flagged the “Unable to Download Package” error when installing Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns on your PDI internally for further investigation.
We’ll share an update as soon as we have more information.
Thank you for your patience!
