PDI Australia version, no change management menu on fresh load.

Hi,

I'm new to the PDI, so in the end had someone more experienced have a look for me.

 

When I created a new instance using the Australia version, I did not get any menu options appearing for change management. You could search for and modify change tickets, but the menu was unavailable.

 

I then created a new instance with Yokohama, and the menu was available.

I then upgraded that instance to Australia, and the menu was still available.

 

It only happens when I create a new PDI with the Australia version.

Install App id: "sn_sow_itsm_cont" to enable the Incident and Request Modules.

 

SOW ITSM Advanced Applications (Change, Problem, Major Incident Management (MIM), On-Call Scheduling, Walk-up Experience)

Install App ID: "sn_sow_itsm_adv_ct" to enable the Change and Problem modules.
