Is anybody else having issues in creating or viewing Decision tables in their PDIs?
I am running DC Patch 1, which the Upgrade Instance screen says is the latest.
When I try to create a new one the tab keeps showing the main Workflow Studio. If I try to open an existing table is says Artifact not found.
I tried this in a new instance on Washington DC with the OOTB Workflow Studio (V 25.06) and tried updating it in the store to 25.1.3 and refreshing the instance.
There are 90+ other store apps with updates. I did all of the possibly related ones, (PAD, AES, etc)
Failed new table result

Existing table error

This is now fixed in workflow studio 25.2.4, which requires Washington Patch 3.
SN support gave me a PRB reference about it, but i can't find it on hand atm.

Same error since upgrading to Washington DC in my pdi... on a non-pdi though, i've seen it working in DC, so i'm not sure what the cause is.

So i found i have the issue in DEV instance with Workflow Studio 25.1.3 (installed to troubleshoot a different issue as advised by SN support)
I do not have the issue in UAT instance with Workflow Studio 25.0.6
Looks like time to open a support case
