PDI dev260076 is unavailable over a week now

Hello, 

 

I'm currently experiencing a service interruption with my instance, which is displaying the message:
"This instance is unavailable. If service does not restore promptly, please file an incident in the ServiceNow online Support Portal or contact Customer Support via phone."

Could someone guide me on how to proceed, or if there's any general advice for handling such instances? I've already tried waiting, but the issue persists. Should I immediately file a support ticket, or is there something else I can do to restore service?

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline. 

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait 

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. 

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Interestingly it is an unscheduled maintenance and never seen any such maintenance takes so long time. ServiceNow is really losing their credibility nowadays due to such activities without proper notice and handle these in very calous manner. Really in such cases, difficult to anticipate when to take backup. Though it is PDI, still ServiceNow can not handle these instances in such a manner. It creates a lot of issues for active instances users.
