Hello ServiceNow Community,
My Personal Developer Instance (dev295777), running the Australia release, has been showing Offline for several hours.
When I open the instance URL, I receive a 502 Bad Gateway error (snow_adc). I have tried refreshing the instance status in the Developer Portal, but it remains Offline.
I have an important project in this instance and unfortunately do not have a backup. I have not released or reset the instance.
Could someone please advise whether this may be an infrastructure issue and how I can recover my existing instance while preserving my project data?
Thank you.

Hi @akhiii0414,
Some PDIs may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
If your PDI is currently offline, you can:
- Wait for maintenance to complete and your instance to become available again.
- Release your current instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing your instance will permanently delete all data and work stored on it.
As a reminder, PDIs are unsupported development resources and do not have an availability, support, or uptime SLA. We strongly recommend regularly backing up any work you don’t want to lose.
