Hello,

My Personal Developer Instance (dev398603) was scheduled for automatic reclamation on September 19, 2026. I received the notification emails about the reclamation.

Before the reclamation, the instance became available again after being offline, but after September 19 I can no longer access it. In the Developer Program portal, I now only see “Request Instance” and I cannot find any history or information about dev398603.

I had an ongoing Flow Designer / Event Management project in the instance, including custom flows, subflows, actions, and integrations, and I had not finished backing up all the configuration.

Is there any official way to recover the instance or at least retrieve its Flow Designer/Event Management configuration after reclamation?

If recovery is not possible, is there a specific ServiceNow Developer Program or support channel I should contact to confirm the status of the instance?

No , once a PDI reclaimed it's not possible to get any data from that, so short answer is no. Here is link to take backup
