PDI- Developer instance is unavailable- its been over a week

Can someone please help as to why my PDI is showing offline for over a week.

Hi @Merlin 

If your PDI hibernates while you are still signed in to the Developer Site, select the "Refresh Instance" action, then click the Wake Instance button to wake your PDI from hibernation.
If the instance is undergoing maintenance, you will need to wait for maintenance to complete before you can access your PDI.

More cannot be recommended here as this is the Community and not the ServiceNow Support and for PDIs ServiceNow do not provide official support any more as everything is only self-service-based.

Hi @Merlin ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait - it might come online in some time
  2. release and request a fresh installation.

Please note, that all work that is not backed up to a GIT or by update sets will be gone for good, and there is neither a possibility to restore from a previous PDI.
