PDI for Consultant Content: Exploring Possibilities

Hi developers, good morning!!!

I have a concern can we use the PDIs is to train our consultants to use parts of ServiceNow and do some demos with them? Since we are an organization, but we are partner of ServiceNow, we wanted to double check that it follows the use cases for the PDI.

 

Does any developer or some other members know about it? If yes, please share your feedback with us.

Hi @Amandeep39 

 

As per experience, we generally avoid any demo to customer on PDI as PDI will be on latest release and customer instance may be on lower and also on PDI we cna plugins as free but on customer it can be chargeable.

 

You can ask you SN account team and get a demo / sandbox new instance which can be used for demos/ poc.
