I am also affected by this -- but, as a work-around, if you use an incognito or in-private window in most modern browsers, you should still be able to "proceed anyway" and access your PDI.

I'm sure SN will have this fixed soon.

It’s a known issue today. You can either wait or release the PDI and request a new one.

The reason could be planned or unplanned maintenance on the ServiceNow side, which is usually not notified to PDI users.
So, it’s better to wait for a few hours before deciding to release the instance.

Hi @ChadWilhelm , HI @all

It is happening as ServieNow SSL certificate is expired so it is navigating you to http:// rather than https://. Many other people are affected by this and hope it will eb fixed soon by ServiceNow.

Solution:- Open developer.servicenow.com in incognito mode and signin and launch PDI. It will display error but it will also display Advanced option towards footer. Click on it and on next sceen click on  "Procced <PDi URL> unsafe" link and you will be able to aceess your PDI.

Hey Nikhil,

Thanks for the suggestion as a heads up, using this method is re-directing to the ServiceNow Home Page as opposed to the PDI.

Not sure if anyone else is having luck with this but for me this doesn't seem to resolve the issue.

Kind regards,

Em
