Hi all,
Every day I start working with waking up my PDI instance, even if I left it working last day.
Is there any way to extend the hibernating timeout for at least up to 24 hours or so?
What is the reason of putting it into sleep so fast?
Sergey.

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline.
1. There is no support available for PDI.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Hi, did you actually read the question or trying to achieve "Helpful" scores? Your answer is totally unrelated to my question.

Yes, I read your question and as i said there is no support on PDI and no one can tell why the PDI is going in hibernation and why it taking long time. There is no way to extend more than 24 hrs, and even it happened with me , PDI go in hibernation with in 10 hrs as well. So no one how it configured in background. You are lucky that you are getting pdi back but here are case where even PDI did not wake up from hibernation as well.

Well, in the first answer you just copy-pasted your answer from another question: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/instance-hibernating/td-p/3076338
And it was not related to my question.
I'm pretty sure there IS a way to make a PDI instance not to hibernate. For example, we can "ping" some web service on it from outside. But I'm pretty sure there should be more convenient way to set it up.
